Make your way to the Auckland International Airport and check in for your flight to Johannesburg via Sydney.
On arrival at Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport, you will clear customs & immigration and then be met by a representative holding a printed board with your name on it. They will guide you to your hotel located walking
distance from the terminal.

1 night accommodation at Intercontinental Hotel in a Deluxe Room including breakfast.

After breakfast, you will make your own way on foot to the Johannesburg International Airport to check in for your Federal Air flight to Madikwe.

On arrival at the Madikwe East Airstrip, a representative from Impodimo Game Lodge will meet you and transfer you to the lodge for check in.

4 nights at Impodimo Game Lodge in a Luxury Suite.

Rise in the morning to an African dawn and enjoy an early morning game drive with your dedicated professional ranger and tracker. Relax as your knowledgeable ranger guides you through the bush on a custom made open 4 x4, for the most authentic safari experience. In the afternoon, when the heat of the African sun has diminished and the shadows are longer, head out on a sundowner safari to watch the sun set on this bushveld paradise and go in search of the more nocturnal creatures that now rule the bush.

What happens when you can’t get enough of the game viewing on game drive? You spend your time in our amazing Elephant hide of course. Our underground hide is situated mere meters away from the lodge’s waterhole with non-stop action from Elephants rolling in the mud to terrapins poking their heads out from the water.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Madikwe East Airstrip in time to board your departing flight.

On arrival in Johannesburg, a representative of Federal Air will transfer you from the Federal Air departure lounge to Johannesburg Airport where you will board the hotel shuttle service to your accommodation.

After breakfast, take the hotel shuttle back to Johannesburg International Airport in time to check in for your departing flight.

On arrival in Victoria Falls a representative from Old Drift Lodge will meet you and transfer you to the lodge for check in.

3 nights at Old Drift Lodge in a Tented Suite.

This morning you will be transferred across the border to Kasane Airport, Botswana in time to board your departing flight to the breath-taking Okavango Delta.

3 nights at Xakanaxa Camp in a Safari Tent.

Boasting one of the finest locations in the Moremi, Xakanaxa Camp (pronounced Ka-ka-na-ka) lies on a pretty stretch of the reed fringed banks of the Khwai River, in the beating heart of the Okavango.

Xakanaxa Camp is a stylish but authentic camp with a homely atmosphere, it is an old favourite for many who return time and again to this special camp. The main buildings extend over the Khwai River on raised platforms to maximize the views over the surrounding lagoons and islands. Xakanaxa Camp comprises of an elegant lounge containing a library, dining room, expansive sundeck, plunge pool and sala with day bed as well as a fire-deck set under giant Jackal berry trees.
The 12 rooms are true to the authentic safari experience being all canvas- though very comfortable with all the comforts you could wish- and each features a private deck with loungers and ensuite bathroom.

The ancient riverine forests, open savannah, serpentine channels and seasonal floodplains that surround the camp make for a varied habitat of exceptional fauna and flora.
The camp is one of few offering a year-round land and water game-viewing experience, in open 4×4 safari vehicles or powerboats.
The diverse habitat ensures prolific sightings of Elephant, Buffalo, Hyena, Giraffe, Hippo, Wildebeest, Kudu, Lechwe, Lion and Leopard, among many others. Birding is spectacular, especially in the spring and summer months when the migrants are breeding.

After breakfast you will be transferred back to the airstrip for your departing flight on to the next camp.

3 nights at Xugana Island Lodge in a Chalet.

Xugana Lagoon is widely accepted as being the most spectacular permanent water site in the entire Okavango Delta, overlooking a permanent deep water lagoon. Xugana Island Lodge is situated on a rich private concession
and takes full advantage of this magnificent site offering a classic water safari experience.
Xugana Island Lodge lies on the beautiful and game rich Shinde concession in the eastern Okavango.

Exploring the Delta by motorboat or canoe (mokoro), combined with walking on surrounding islands in the concession, gives guests the chance to experience a classic Okavango Delta safari. Bird-watching opportunities at Xugana Island Lodge are outstanding, and fishing for bream and tiger fish is also offered as an activity at the
lodge.
